Research revealed that the ideal candidate loves solving complex problems and see even little challenges like puzzles absolutely irresistible. So we turned that insight into a vibrant, interactive campaign. It was remarkably succesful in terms of both hiring and new business, and won several design and interactive industry awards. The website received a One Show Interactive award.
